In a market of hyper growth and a pandemic I drove the direct and indirect sales enablement within the funnel - top to bottom, leveraging creativity and savvy to launch the RFP and BDR teams, retool the messaging, but architect a new VIP program to win business faster. We launched new features in days, not weeks, trained a growing sales team that started at 10 and expanded to 40. In addition, I developed a marketing insights engine that gathered landscape, qual and quant and the VOC to drive future innovations.
